Every month we publish a few numbers here so anyone — readers, journalists, future hires — can see how the business is doing in plain language. Counts under 10 are shown as "<10" and rates with fewer than 30 paid orders as "—" so no individual reader can be identified by working back from the numbers (CLAUDE.md §1-1).
