Can I get a refund?

Yes — within 7 days of payment, request a refund from /account/orders. The Founder reviews each request manually.

How long does a refund take?

After approval, Razorpay typically returns funds within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

What if the reading was wrong?

Astrology reads patterns, not certainties. If a reading clearly missed your input data, we re-generate at no charge — write to support@kundlisaathi.com.
